While we are required by the state of Illinois to post this notice, it is important for us to provide context. This notice is based upon data collected for the 4th quarter of 2022 and is not reflective of the facility’s current staffing trends. Beacon Hill is disputing the allegation of a staffing violation. Beacon Hill remains dedicated to providing quality care for the residents and the families it serves.
